At Briogeo, we pride ourselves on offering healthy hair solutions for all. We want you (and your hair) to love our products and the results as much as we do! Our Returns + Refund Policy - Domestic and International Orders

You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees). All returns will be made through our Return Portal. Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.

- You will need to enter the Shopify Order Number, along with the email address that is attached to your Shopify order.

- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

- Domestic returns will be subject to a $6.95 shipping/restocking fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit.

- Any returns made after 30 days of the original shipping date will be viable for store credit only, upon discretion.

- Excessively used products are not eligible for return.

- Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on Briogeo.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Briogeo products purchased from other retailer partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.

To complete a return:

- For domestic orders, enter order information (order number and email address) on our return portal here: Returns Portal

- For international orders, enter order information (order number and email address) on our return portal here: Int'l Returns Portal

- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Use the original package (if possible) or a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.

- Your return will be processed upon arrival at our returns center (about 7-10 business days).

- We will send you a confirmation email once the return process is complete. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your bank account.

- Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Returns for purchases from retail partners

If you have purchased a Briogeo product directly from another retail partner or online store, please contact that retailer directly. Returns and exchanges are subject to that respective retailer’s policy.

Wholesale policy

Please contact us directly at service@briogeohair.com to inquire about sales opportunities. We reserve the right to refuse bulk purchases by wholesalers through this website.
